Cards...Can You Believe It!

I have actually been crafty the past few months! I just didn't have a place to photograph them. Well I decided tonight I needed to get that done, before too much time past and it just never got done. It actually worked out better then I thought and the photos came out perfect...even better then before!

I am going to share a few cards over the next few posts because they kind of go together...then anything else I make from now on will get it's own post like it did in the past...the blog will be crafty once again! ;)

It feels so good to be creative again...to have that outlet! Amazing what being happy can do for the creative mojo!

This was an anniversary card of sorts (Long, silly, cute story for the scrapbook!) and the FIRST card I gave to my honey so it was pretty special, important, and I was a nervous wreck to actually give it to him. It's still on display on the nightstand...I think he liked it!

So this was the anniversary card for October...yes, we are being totally silly and celebrating every minute we can! But then what else is being truly "in love" with the RIGHT person for...you get to be silly, spontaneous, and all that fun crazy stuff. It feels good...finally.

I just love how the blue background came out behind the tree. I sponged Tim Holtz blue denim distress ink after stamping the tree for a night Halloween feel and the circle kind of gives the look of the moon's shadow.
