Today was a beautiful 78 degrees, cool breeze, gorgeous blue sky, and the first day of the Thanksgiving vacation! NOT a day to sit in the house. So I took Jessica, Makayla, and their friend Laura to Phipps Beach in Lake Worth for a few hours this afternoon.
Makayla and Laura were like little fish the whole time we were there, swimming in the ocean. Jess and I just enjoyed the sounds of the waves, (or her iPod) relaxing, and getting some sun. It seems like it took forever to get to this first vacation of the school year but now that it is here, I plan on enjoying every minute of it! :)
I have been having fun playing around with some of my photos in Photoshop Elements lately and adding the quotes to them. This quote in particular is very true...just when you seem to be at your lowest something or someone comes along, usually when you least expect it to brighten even the darkest of days.
