First Anniversary Night Out

I can't believe it's been a year already! Time really does fly when you are happy...

When I was little I believed fairytales could be real just like all little girls I suppose. Cinderella was and still is my favorite of all the fairytales. The poor girl mistreated by her evil step-mother and step-sisters, her Fairy Godmother comes to save the day and grants Cinderella a magical night where the Handsome Prince Charming falls madly in love with her. I guess I could kind of fill in my life here and there in that story and I wanted the ending to come true. I tried a little too hard to force the ending and I think we all know you can't make love happen no matter how badly you want it to. It's either there or it's not...you can't make it happen, love does not grow over time. It does how ever go terribly wrong!

So I had pretty much given up on fairytales and finding love, that was just for little girls and the Disney franchise. I was doing just fine all on my own. Well isn't that how the saying goes...Love finds you when you least expect it...when you stop looking.

Rick has brought so much back into my life...fairytales, happiness, smiles, LOVE!
