I'm not 100% sure how this has now become a tradtition on my birthday BUT...it all started last year when Rick got me really good in the face with my cake. Which then some how turned into a cake fight in the living room.
I had forgotten about this until...
As I went in to blow out the candles on my cake this year that is when I felt it...Rick's hand push hard on my neck! lol I tensed up quick and my mistake was thinking I saved myself. I should have known better! He is too strong for me to stop not to mention he would NOT have given up so easy!
Next thing I know Rick is cutting slices of cake and BAM icing to the face or should I say my EYE! lol Really hun my eye! Great aim! lol
At least he cleans up his messes! lol
And of course I had to get him back! And YES I cleaned up my mess too! lol
This was the BEST birthday ever! Besides all this icing fun - Rick built me the very best most amazing craft desk I could have ever wanted! And he took the kids shopping for a new organizer for my colored pencils on my new desk and some new die cuts.
Jess got me a beautiful new snowflake nexcklace...my new obsession!
Sammy and Billy got me a really nice top for work and a kit to make my own vanilla extract. Can't wait to try that!
Amanda and Michael got me a gorgeous bouquet of my favorite flowers...Star Gazer Lilies.
And Toby and Rick got me a new point and shoot camera to keep in my purse for all our outings when I don't want the good camera t get hurt. The new camera is waterproof, freezeproof, and shockproof...Basically KIDPROOF! So the Nikon is safe for the adults to play with! :) The new camera will be for the park, beach, and pool, our summer camera! Perfect plan...Thanks for being so smart hunny! I love you and thank you for the perfect birthday!
